worked at one of the top law firms in Birmingham. She is also the
founder of MG Law Firm, her own law firm in the city of Birmingham.
Moira believes that sports and exercise are beneficial to the mind and
body.
Improve Mood
If you find that you are constantly stressed, you might want to get involved in some physical activity like playing a game of basketball or exercising at the gym. Simple physical activities such as walking, jogging, and swimming can help you relax and improve your mood. Exercising or playing sports allows the brain to release a chemical called endorphin which helps in relieving stress and making you feel happy and relaxed. So the next time you feel stressed, it might be time for a quick jog.
Improve Concentration
Playing sports and exercising helps keep your mental capabilities strong. It helps improve your thinking and learning skills. Research has found that exercising three to five-times-a-week for just 30-minutes can help improve mental health.
Moira Grigor played on the cricket team while she was in high school. She believes that physical exercise can be done at home or at the gym.
