The legal profession is challenging at the best of times and Moira Grigor points out that there are many people who are simply not suited for the job. As such, you need to be a competent and dedicated analyst, spending as much time as is needed on researching the various aspects of a case in order to construct a reasoned argument that will hold up when it is presented in a court of law.
People Skills
